Leadership competences in the era of artificial intelligence
Artificial intelligence (AI) will transform a variety of processes by utilizing and sharing data and information. This transformation brings new opportunities and challenges for organizations. To handle these changes and minimize the negative impact, effective leadership is essential. Based on a structured literature review and interviews with AI and HR experts in the German automotive industry, we identified leadership competences that will be relevant in the era of AI. The brief study report contributes to knowledge of leadership theories and provides a basis for future management education.
