We were founded in 1981 as IFUA Institut für Unternehmensanalysen and renamed Horváth & Partners in 1989. In 2021, we shortened our brand name to Horváth – short and to the point. Our eponymous founder, Prof. Dr. Dr. hc mult. Péter Horváth is considered one of the pioneers of controlling in Germany.
We are an international, independent management consultancy with more than 1,300 employees across Europe, the United States, and Asia. Horváth AG, the management holding company of the corporate group, is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the various Horváth companies.
