New concepts and tools for trend-setting, digital workforce management
Many companies use rigid HCM systems for their workforce planning, which are characterized by a high degree of detail and lack of flexibility. As a result, system operation is carried out by the HR department and is associated with high costs. New requirements such as different simulations, which are not covered by the standard, must be solved using separate Excel files, which are error-prone and require additional effort. Companies that do not have an HCM system often rely solely on Excel and are more flexible. However, above a certain company size, the costs for this type of workforce management increase disproportionately and the lack of data integration brings with it additional problems.
