In our interview series, we asked top executives of the automotive supplier industry how they assess the maturity of the transformation in their companies. We further discussed with them the drivers of the transformation, first achievements, challenges, and fields of action.
Around 50% of the interviewees rate the maturity of their companies as high or very high. First achievements are clearly visible in the transformation, but we have also identified several action fields. For example, ensuring the supply of materials and delivery capability along the supply chain.
