Horváth & Partners expands management team with four new partners

The international management consulting firm Horváth & Partners has appointed four new partners as of April 1, 2021. The company has thus expanded its management team to a total of 53 partners. The new members of the group of partners are data analytics expert Gábor Ádám, Roxana Boramir, specialist for organizational and transformation projects, corporate performance management expert Dr. Johannes Isensee, and controlling and finance specialist Dr. Peter Schentler.

Gábor Ádám has been working in the Budapest office of Horváth & Partners since 2006, where he heads the Analytics Center of Excellence. In addition to his activities in the Hungarian data-driven consulting market, he has implemented numerous international projects around BI and analytics solutions. The 38-year-old is one of the leading minds for the practical implementation of digitalization. 

Roxana Boramir started her career at Horváth & Partners in 2006. The 37-year-old is a specialist for organizational and transformation projects. After working for two industrial companies from 2013 onwards as Head of Operational Excellence and Global Business Services, she returned to Horváth in 2017. Since then, she has implemented many extensive transformation projects for well-known customers in various industries.

Johannes Isensee has been with Horváth & Partners in the field of Controlling & Finance since 2011. He developed his passion for controlling during his studies at the University of Stuttgart and expanded it when studying for his doctorate at the International Performance Research Institute (IPRI). The 38-year-old corporate performance management expert supports clients in the CFO function and in other management functions.
 
Peter Schentler has particularly driven the expansion of CFO topics at Horváth & Partners in Austria since 2011. In addition, the 40-year-old has been managing complex projects in Europe, the USA and the Middle East for several years now with his extensive expertise.
