For this reason, we have examined the transformational developments in the industry in the time horizon up to 2035 as part of our study "Corporate Transformation in the Transport and Logistics Industry". In 10 theses, we worked out what the transport and logistics industry will have to adjust to and what transformation implications will result from this. The theses are underpinned by insights from interviews with more than 25 CxOs and strategy leaders in the industry, inspiring quotes, and practical examples.
