Online Event : Optimized Supply Chain Planning: AI-supported Decision-Making in S&OP

Join us in this webinar to get first-hand insights on state-of-the-art Supply Chain Planning and find out how AI-supported Decision-Making helps to get the edge in volatile and capacity constrained planning environments. In addition to key S&OP fundaments and best practices this webinar and software demo focuses on how scenario planning, simulation and AI-empowered decision support help organizations evaluate trade-offs and respond to uncertain market situations.

Horváth and ICRON combine conceptual guidance with practical demonstrations to show how AI enhances forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario comparison without replacing human judgment, and how planning concepts are translated into executable, real-world decisions.

Learn how S&OP can evolve from a manual planning exercise into an efficient, system-supported steering tool and how leading planning software such as ICRON helps to shape this transformation.

What you can take away from this webinar:

  • How AI supports decision-making in S&OP / IBP without replacing human judgment
  • How scenario planning and simulation enable better evaluation of trade-offs
