Roundtable : The new AI-powered Office of Finance

Martin Stefik is CFO of Microsoft Switzerland and has over 14 years of experience in finance leadership at Microsoft. Most recently, he served as Commercial Finance Director at Microsoft for the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He began his career at Microsoft in 2010 in Slovakia, subsequently taking on senior finance roles in Munich and Prague. Stefik holds a master’s degree in finance, banking and investment from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia.

Christian Kiock is co-founder of the better decisions group (bdg). With over 20 years of experience in business intelligence and enterprise performance management, he is still passionate about helping companies fully exploit the potential of the digital revolution – and AI. He firmly believes that the use of digital technologies is essential for most companies to make better and faster decisions – and to be successful in the long term.

Raphael Lehne is Director Partner & Alliances at Board, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT solutions for global enterprises, as well as extensive experience in startups and consulting. He joined Board in May 2025. Prior to Board, Raphael held senior leadership roles at Cisco, Mimecast and Anaplan. He studied in Berlin and Berkeley holding a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin.

Andreas Seifert is a Management Consultant and Planning & Forecasting Solution Lead at Horváth Switzerland, with over 10 years of experience in enterprise steering and performance management. Turning ideas into reality, he specializes in transforming finance functions by combining financial acumen with strong technical know-how. Andreas holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Mannheim and a CAS in Strategic IT & Tech Management from ZHAW.
