Partnership and Supervisory Board reaffirm their confidence in Helmut Ahr (CEO) and Stefan Hiendlmeier (Chief People Officer)
Fellow Board members Heiko Fink and Niko Hofmann are appointed through 2030
The Supervisory Board of international management consulting firm Horváth has renewed the Executive Board contracts of Helmut Ahr (CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board) and Stefan Hiendlmeier (Chief People Officer) ahead of schedule, following the recommen-dation of the partnership. Their new terms will commence at the start of fiscal year 2027/2028 on April 1 of next year. At his own request, Helmut Ahr (58) has been reappointed for an additional three years, while Stefan Hiendlmeier (49) has been reappointed for a regu-lar five-year term. Together with Executive Board members Heiko Fink and Niko Hofmann, whose current appointments run through March 2030, the four-member Board will continue to drive the company’s successful development in its proven leadership constellation.

About Helmut Ahr
Helmut Ahr has been a member of the Executive Board of Horváth, the international management consulting firm specializing in business performance improvement, since 2012 and was appointed CEO in 2022. Within the Board, he is responsible for the Controlling & Finance and Technology & AI consulting divisions. He also leads the company's internal Marketing, Communications & Sales function. After earning a degree in Business Administration from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Ahr held various leadership positions within the CFO organization of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. He joined Horváth in 2000 and, prior to his appointment to the Executive Board, headed the firm's Financial Industries practice.
About Stefan Hiendlmeier
Stefan Hiendlmeier has served as Chief People Officer and member of the Executive Board of in-ternational management consulting firm Horváth since 2022. In his board role, he is responsible for Human Resources and is dedicated to continuously strengthening Horváth's position as an em-ployer of choice. In addition, he oversees the Energy, Environment & Telecommunication, Banking, Insurance, Public Sector & Healthcare, Chemicals & Life Sciences, and Retail, Media & Consumer Goods industry sectors, while also being responsible for the Middle East region. Hiendlmeier joined Horváth in 2002 after completing his degree in Business Administration at the University of Passau and was appointed Partner in 2012. Prior to joining the Executive Board, he led Horváth’s Insur-ance division.
