The Horváth AI & Data Convention is aimed at managers and specialists from the fields of performance management, sales and operations who are concerned with AI and data-driven potentials. Addressing a wide range of industries, the conference offers a cross-functional platform for exchanging ideas with other decision-makers and experts.
Participation fees
EUR 990,- plus VAT*
*The fees include the presentation documents (if approved), lunch, conference drinks and snacks during breaks as well as participation in the dinner the evening before. If you cancel up to four weeks before the date of the event, you will be charged an administrative fee of € 200 plus VAT. In the event of a later cancellation or non-participation, we are unfortunately unable to refund the participation fee. However, the registration can be transferred to a substitute participant.

Dr. Matthias Emler is Partner at Horváth and Head of AI, BI & Data. His consulting focus is on data- and AI-driven performance management and digital transformation in performance optimization. Cross-functional strategies and governance concepts for the data- and AI-driven company are also a focus of his consulting activities. Dr. Emler has many years of international program management experience with large corporations and global medium-sized companies. Since 2019, he has been chairing the Horváth AI & Data Convention (formerly "Forum digitale Unternehmenssteuerung").
Luise Marie Strasser
Principal, Head of Organisational Change Management

Luise Strasser is Principal at Horváth and responsible for Organisational Change Management. She focuses on one thing above all else: ensuring that any transformational change (including the once triggered by AI-adaptation) is not only planned but also truly put into practice. Especially when teams and leaders implement new ways of working with AI, attitudes need to be questioned and behaviors are reimagined. Whether it’s the implementation of a new digital agenda, a reorganization due to human-agent splits, or ambitious efficiency goals triggered by AI, she guides transformation initiatives and the top management with a clear approach, drawing on extensive experience from over ten years of change project work—and the conviction that genuine technological progress can only succeed if it alters behavior.
