Serkan is a Finance executive with 15+ years of experience within finance, big data, digital/eCommerce, operations & consulting – been in the intersection of digitalization, analytics & finance. In his early career, he took number of regional operational & planning roles at Gillette, Philip Morris and Mars, covering the Mediterranean region. In 2008, relocated to Switzerland, and worked as a Management Consultant at EY and Deloitte leading several projects across the value chain for blue chip Pharma & Consumer Product Companies. Since 2012, he has been working at eBay across Switzerland and San Francisco, holding various finance leadership roles, including leading Corporate FP&A, CFO for France-Italy-Spain & Emerging markets and Revenue Analytics roles. Most recently, he became the CFO for the International Operations, looking after product, sellers, payments & ads business across international markets.

Ulrich has an impressive career in procurement and supply chain management. He worked in different industries like steel, automotive supplier, IT and utilities for more than 30 years. He is very passionate about re-engineering complex supply chain and procurement processes and lean management. He is a thought leader in automation and digitization of procurement activities leading the procurement organization to a substantial increase in value creation, sustainable savings, higher efficiency and a better interaction with the business.

Alex started his career in oil trading in Singapore back in 2002, then moved to Natixis in Paris as Relationship Manager for oil traders. After this he joined LITASCO in Geneva and Dubai and covered different roles in trade finance, trading and business development across the globe. In 2011, Alex joined SOCAR Trading SA as responsible of structured finance activities of the group. In 2015 he worked in soybeans and grains within a soft commodity trader out of Luxembourg as Group Head of Treasury. Alex joined HSBC in Germany in 2016 and took several roles in commodity structured trade finance until he moved back to Zürich in 2018 as Head of Trade & Commodities for Switzerland.
Astrid is an experienced global procurement leader with broad experience across global businesses in luxury goods, consumer goods, retail (B2B and B2C) as well as pharmaceuticals/ healthcare. She acquired more than 30 years of international and cross-functional experience in global procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, transforming organizations and systems – emphasizing trustful leadership and change management at Schering, Bayer and Swarovski. Currently she is working as a senior executive advisor, interim manager and consultant for procurement and digital leadership - bridging people, organizations and technologies.

Kai has spent the last 20 years in management consulting being a specialist for value chain management, performance improvement and business model innovation & transformation in the pharmaceutical, chemicals, manufacturing and consumer goods industries. He has become a trusted advisor helping companies to unlock value through several large scale transformation programs. This included defining the functional strategy and/or business model as well as guiding the client during the entire design and implementation phase. During these engagements he was supporting companies building effective, future focused supply chains enabled by digitally advanced disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, cognitive domputing, blockchain and industrial internet of things. Especially recent developments in digital market places are providing new opportunities to grow businesses by expanding product and service offerings vertically and horizontally.

Thomas is running the sales organization of Tradeshift in Switzerland. He has more than 20 years’ experience in consulting and software sales with a strong focus on supply chain, global trade management, compliance and procurement. He is board member of CSCMP Switzerland, a large supply chain association, and speaks frequently on digitalization and disruption from an end to end supply chain in Switzerland and Europe. Thomas holds an MBA from the University of Dallas/TX.
