Since 2020, Horváth has interviewed senior executives from around the globe to capture their strategic priorities, key business challenges, and ambitions for the future. The study provides unique insights into how business leaders are navigating their companies through economic uncertainty, geopolitical fragmentation, technological change, and industry-specific transformation.

Over the years, the study has become one of the most comprehensive executive surveys of its kind. Since 2025, the number of executives participating has grown to more than 1,000 C-level decision-makers worldwide.

To ensure the highest level of strategic relevance, participation is reserved exclusively for C-level executives and equivalent top-level decision-makers.
