Uniper is a key player in the European energy system. In the "Change PROgram" project (PRO = Project Ready & Driven Organization), the organizational and procedural prerequisites for a project-specific transformation were created - with the aim of promoting a willingness to change, anchoring new roles and processes and establishing modern project management in everyday life in the long term.

Our approach
Horváth accompanied the transformation with a customized change management approach. The focus was on internal stakeholder analyses, targeted communication and training concepts as well as the implementation of effective change measures and engagement formats for managers and employees. NGPG managers and employees were activated at an early stage and supported through targeted engagement formats such as workshops and alignment sessions. At the same time, change navigators were established as multipliers and a continuous communication cascade was set up across all levels. A structured learning journey with pilot training sessions ensured the successful transfer of expertise before the go-live.
The solution
The structured change management led to a high level of acceptance and successful implementation. Participating departments and central partner functions were actively involved, pilot projects were implemented and feedback was iteratively integrated. The transformation was implemented quickly and Uniper is now more agile, focused and future-oriented.
