Adrian Bötz (35), Partner Operational Finance & Management Control

Adrian Bötz joined Horváth in 2014 and, after completing his master’s degree in Controlling & Finance, progressed through all consulting levels to partner. His professional focus lies in the field of Risk & Compliance, with a particular emphasis on the strategically important growth area of “Digital Identity” as a key enabler of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. Bötz played a key role in developing Horváth’s Digital Identity offering and has supported clients across various industries in this forward-looking field. He is known for his strong execution excellence, pronounced entrepreneurial thinking, and the highest level of client satisfaction. As a partner, he strengthens the Competence Center Operational Finance and Management Control (OFMC).

Stefan Leber (43), Partner Controlling & Finance – Austria

Stefan Leber combines many years of industry experience with extensive consulting expertise in Controlling & Finance. He began his career in 2007 at Semperit, a listed Austrian industrial group, where he quickly rose to Head of Group Controlling. In subsequent management roles within the manufacturing industry, he gained valuable experience in restructuring and turnaround management. Leber joined Horváth in 2017, initially as a Senior Project Manager, and later as Principal and Associate Partner. He was responsible for expanding the CFO Strategy & Performance Management business unit in Austria and made a significant contribution to the strong growth of the Austrian subsidiary. As a partner in Austria, he primarily consults companies on financial optimization and management.

Georg Mrusek (37), Partner Automotive

Georg Mrusek consults international companies in the automotive industry, with a focus on strategy, sales, and aftersales. He has built a strong client base in this field and established himself internationally and in the media as a sought-after expert on automotive transformation – particularly regarding autonomous driving and electromobility. He recognized early on the global significance of emerging Chinese OEMs and technology companies and developed extensive expertise, networks, and a broad client base. Mrusek successfully transfers his market and industry knowledge to additional segments, from vehicle importers and dealer groups to mobility ecosystems. He combines deep industry know-how with entrepreneurial thinking and international experience. As a partner, he will further drive the expansion into new markets, strengthen Horváth’s international automotive presence, and foster growth along the entire customer journey in the automotive industry.

Ralf Noffke has been with Horváth since 2017 and, as a partner, strengthens the Controlling & Finance practice in Switzerland. His expertise lies in finance, closing and consolidation processes, and external reporting. After graduating from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Noffke gained over two decades of experience in leading large-scale finance transformations, implementing new accounting standards and IFRS conversions, optimizing financial processes, and implementing group-wide consolidation and reporting solutions, as well as end-to-end optimization of financial processes. He advises international clients from industries such as energy, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and services. As a partner in Controlling & Finance at Horváth Switzerland, Noffke will drive the implementation of complex finance transformation initiatives – with a focus on integrating performance management, financial accounting, and regulatory compliance, as well as further expanding reporting and consolidation expertise.
