- Partnership aims to scale by integrating AI agents into automated workflows
The management consultancy Horváth and Berlin-based AI orchestration platform n8n are combining their expertise in a partnership to enable companies in Europe to develop workflow automations and AI agents much faster. Horváth contributes industry process and transformation know-how as well as implementation strength, while n8n provides the essential orchestration layer that connects LLMs, business tools, and data sources. Self-hosting and n8n’s visual canvas give businesses full control over their workflows and data, allowing them to deploy AI at scale without compromising on compliance or security.
“Many companies are currently experiencing a bottleneck between ideas and implementation: AI use cases have been identified, pilot applications are running, but the leap into productive operations is taking too long,” explains Helmut Ahr, CEO of Horváth AG. “With n8n, we are drastically shortening exactly this path: client-specific, governance-compliant, and scalable.”

According to the Horváth CIO Study, 43 percent of IT decision-makers cite process automation as the most important measure for cost optimization. In the financial sector, 70 percent of institutions prioritize such initiatives. Initial joint client projects are already in preparation.
