"Response to stabilize your supply chain"
To ensure the functionality of the value chain, the supply chain must not be interrupted under any circumstances. Due to the current challenges resulting from the COVID-19 crisis and the associated uncertainties, the ability to react quickly is of the utmost importance.
In order to re-establish the supply chain within a short period of time even in case of failure of suppliers and deliveries of goods, measures with a focus on reducing the "time-to-recovery" must be implemented. A forward-looking, active control of the globally networked supply chains is necessary in order to identify the need for action and to monitor it at all times. In addition, prioritized, direct action plans to reduce time-to-recovery must be pursued.
