The participant agrees that Horváth & Partner GmbH (Rotebühlstraße 100, 70178 Stuttgart, Germany) as the controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”) may process my personal data on the basis of consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR to the following extent:
I. Types of personal data
Consent includes image and sound recording during the event. This includes both targeted recordings and non-targeted recordings in which the participant may appear in the background or at the edge of an image or video.
II. Purpose of use
Pictures/videos with a follow-up report on the above-mentioned event are to be published on the social media channels of Horváth & Partner GmbH (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIN, Xing, YouTube).
III Voluntariness
Horváth & Partner GmbH points out that the declaration of consent is voluntary and that the special requirements pursuant to Art. 7 para. 2, 4 GDPR are implemented.
IV. Right of withdrawal
I am aware and have been informed that I can revoke my declaration of consent at any time without giving reasons. The revocation is free of charge, is effective for the future and must be sent to the company in text form (dataprotection@horvath-partners.com). The revocation of the declaration of consent does not affect the legality of the processing activities carried out up to this point.
