In our face-to-face seminars, we work with a didactic mix of classic and agile methods that promote a high degree of interactivity. For this purpose, our trainers use business games, case studies, role plays, group work and real situations from the participants' business practice (living cases), thus ensuring a sustainable transfer of knowledge into the participants' everyday work. Experience-oriented exercises are also used here.

Through our learning platform Horváth e-Academy, we offer online-based training solutions - from individual e-learnings to comprehensive blended learning programs. Based on your specific needs, we integrate digital learning elements such as learning videos, podcasts, quick tests or gamification to enhance digital and collaborative learning.
