Our requirements

For a working student position or internship, we require an excellent academic record. You will have completed at least two semesters and will be available for at least two to three months. We recommend you apply around three months before you want to start working with us.

In general, you will impress us with your passion for excellence, your strong capacity for creative and analytical thought, your continuous motivation and your enjoyment of working together in a friendly atmosphere, as well as your sense of humor. We are looking for colleagues who inspire us.

Please bear in mind that only complete applications with cover letter, CV and references can be processed. If you are applying for an internship, please tell us about your desired working dates and preferred location, or whether you are flexible. This information allows us to directly allocate your application and to check the full range of opportunities available. 
If you are interested in more than one position, a single online application is sufficient. We automatically compare each incoming application with the job requirements in other areas.

Selection process

For most positions, there is no fixed start date, so you are free to apply all year round. Your documents will also always be considered across departments and for different positions. If your application has sparked our interest, we will invite you to a face-to-face or virtual meeting, depending on the situation. Our aim is to get to know you and form an impression of the specialized knowledge you already have.

We do not have a fixed hiring date for most positions in consulting, you are therefore welcome to apply all year round. We always check your application for different positions across departments.
For a permanent role as a professional, you will usually complete two rounds of interviews including case studies and presentations. The structure of the process is dependent on the scope of your professional experience and your preferred position and function, though you can expect it to involve a discussion about our mutual expectations, opportunities and synergies, and talk about what our shared success might look like.
