Our Accounting team's responsibilities include punctual payment transactions, account allocation and accounting, checking tax law issues and the preparation of the group's annual financial statements. The Payroll department ensures the payroll accounting for the Horváth team.

Our Controlling team is responsible for planning and reporting as a central service area. This especially includes project, sales and group controlling. The Controlling team supports commercial project management to provide a stable framework for the dynamic project business of our consultants.

Our assistants keep our consultants’ back free. 

As a Project Assistant, you will support our consulting team in its activities. Depending on the specific role, your range of activities will draw on excellent on-site project organization skills and require you to assist in carrying out studies and creating presentations. You will independently carry out market analyses, help to create bids to acquire new projects and assist in preparing for acquisitions. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to pursue other professional tasks under your own steam.

As an Assistant to our teams, partners, or in office management, you will support us with your outstanding talent for organization. You will take over calendar coordination and meeting organization and, in some roles, provide travel management support. In addition, you will carry out research and help to generate sector-specific documents and presentations. 
 

Our Human Resources team supports our managers with all personnel-related issues in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Middle East, as an internal business partner. In particular this includes all activities around recruitment, university marketing, employer branding, HR services and learning & development. 

As an internal service provider, our IT-Services team furnishes the technical infrastructure that our consulting teams and in-house employees need to work efficiently on their customer projects.

The Research & Knowledge Services team supports our consulting teams in all questions relating to knowledge management and research.

Research includes responsibility for consulting-related inquiries about different sectors and subjects, as well as overseeing studies.

Knowledge management provides the technical infrastructure to facilitate the consulting processes with internal organizational knowledge. It promotes the internal exchange of knowledge and the development of new and innovative knowledge within the company.

Our Sales, Marketing & Communications team is responsible for maintaining a professional corporate presence aligned to our brand.

Along with planning, measuring and monitoring all marketing activities, our colleagues also support all sales-related processes and measures, such as account management, direct sales, lead management, and proposal management for example. Our team is also responsible for media and presentation design, public relations, and coordinating our online channels. 

The Service Operations & Legal team supports our consulting colleagues in their daily work.

This includes the provision and review of contracts with clients and suppliers as well as the commissioning of and cooperation with our external employees. Other responsibilities include the provision of tools and methodologies for the daily project work of our consultants as well as advice on data protection and legal issues.

We offer apprenticeships in commercial office management, event management and as IT specialists in system integration.
After successfully completing your school education, you can undertake in-house vocational training. From your first day with us, you will be given both hands-on and theoretical training. You will gain insights into the various departments within our company and learn the practical foundations of your job. Practical training will be supplemented by the theoretical content delivered at the technical school.
