Junior Consultant

After successfully completing your Bachelor studies, why not enter the world of consulting by joining us as a Junior Consultant. Your work will comprise both support on consulting projects and involvement in internal matters pertaining to the different Business Units in our company. In this way, you will gradually gain a solid, in-depth understanding of management consulting in order to build the platform for enhancing your training with a Master’s degree course after one or two years.

Consultant

You will apply our solutions to projects and familiarize yourself increasingly with your field. You will have the opportunity to expand upon your previous focus and to build up experience and knowledge of a wide range of industries or fields. As your experience increases, you will develop a focus upon specific activities about which you will, ideally, publish articles in journals.

Managing Consultant

As a managing consultant, you will not only assume responsibility for individual topics during project work, you will also head up sub-projects and smaller projects, depending on your level of experience. You will develop our services, products and methods and tailor them to suit the needs of individual clients and projects, and you will also carry out tasks in the field of marketing.

Senior Project Manager

As a rule, you will be in charge of several parallel projects or even take overall control of major projects. You will become a mentor for younger colleagues and take responsibility for specialist topics, developing new consulting approaches and services. At the same time, you will also employ your expertise as acquirer of new projects to contribute to our company’s bottom-line success.

Principal

You will meet your own high expectations by facing the demanding challenges of account management and acquisition, as well as through activities in the fields surrounding business, product and market development. Once you have built up appropriate levels of experience, you will be able to take up the mantle of managing and developing business units and the corresponding staff responsibility.

Internal services

Our consultants are only as good as their team. As team assistant, you will strengthen us with your organizational skills and provide valuable backup for our consultants, thus allowing them to concentrate on their real work. You will play a vital support role as project assistant. We also need specialists in service functions to help us master our core activities. Here you will design and develop our external appearance in marketing or will act as an HR expert in the field of recruiting or personnel development.

Intern

From day one, you will work together with our consultants on projects or in the office and learn all about the diverse activities of consulting in a dynamic environment. On site you will provide active support for the teams and take on increasing responsibilities. If you play your cards right, you will have the opportunity to write you graduate paper (thesis, dissertation) in-house.

Student

Right from the beginning of your studies you can support our consulting teams one or two days a week and learn all about work as a consultant. If your work meets expectations and your studies progress accordingly, you will be welcome to apply and extend the knowledge you attain in an internship later on during your studies.
