Specialist Conferences

Specialist conferences are events at which innovative tools and newly emerging developments in management control are introduced and demonstrated.  They also can be events specific to one sector or industry, where the functions and process know-how necessary for management control are presented in a form tailored to suit the particular industry and discussed.

Our specialist conferences are initiated through the Competence Centers, i.e. from the consulting level at Horváth & Partners, and carried out by the management training team. Once again, this shows the close correlation between consulting and management training at Horváth & Partners, an aspect from which you can profit considerably.
